Overview for Sound Engine DOM
- The sound infrastructure around the world is controlled by our algorithm.-
How different would the world look if earphones purchased for $10 could be transformed into high-end earphones costing $400 or more with a single app? DOM has realized this magical sound engine, created an ecosystem that can be transferred to many industries, and obtained an international patent for an invention that will change the very perception of mankind.
We can define the sound infrastructure around the world as the in-vehicle speakers in automobiles, speakers installed in commercial facilities, earphones distributed in airplanes, etc. Just a glance around our daily lives is filled with products that emit sound. The global market for individually owned earphones and headphones continues to grow at a rate of 3% per year, forming a market estimated to be worth 20 trillion yen. The sound quality of these devices depends solely on the capabilities of each device, and the sound is played in its so-called “bare” state. By installing our sound engine DOM, the capabilities of each device can be dramatically enhanced, and by digitally upgrading the presets, there is no need to replace equipment to improve sound quality, except for deterioration over time.
The DOM will redefine the landscape of the world, where device types will be drastically reduced and production values will be limited to appearance and durability.
And because DOM can be installed in almost any sound infrastructure, it can be converted to any medium.
This innovation, which can dramatically improve sound quality, is a complete game changer in the world of sound, and the redefined world of sound will be a place where young people say, “I don't have a DOM in this device, then I might not use it. I might not use it if it didn't.” A world in which the DOM becomes so central that young people will say, “This device doesn't have a DOM in it, then I might not use it.
A world where DOM is the center of sound

Feedback from the world of extremes creates a sound of extreme sophistication.
The sound know-how of Hirotoshi Sakamoto, head of development at A&M Group, has been forged in the world's most prestigious venues. He has tested his sensibilities and technical skills in the most extreme world ever seen, and while squirming in the fierce currents of the world, he has exerted himself and boldly taken up the challenge of creating sophisticated technology, culminating in the official music of the 2018 World Cup in Germany, and has been a member of Chopin Competition winner Yundi Li. Christian Zimmermann, recordings of world-class classical music by the Vienna Philharmonic and Berlin Philharmonic, and even supermajors of yesteryear such as Billy Joel, Bon Jovi, Eric Clapton, and Elton John. He has proven his high technical skills and sensitivity through his participation in many projects. These achievements are unprecedented for a Japanese, and he has made a name for himself as one of the most prominent Japanese engineers in the world.
He continues to serve as an official international endorser for as many as 15 companies, mainly in the technological powerhouse of Germany. It can be said that these activities in this extreme world are what made the sound engine DOM what it is today.

The patented technology (patent number 7251007) “Method, electronic apparatus and program for processing acoustic signals supplied to equipment” obtained by the A&M Group is a technology that has already been used in various fields in the digital world. However, in this project, we have added our own algorithms and formulas to the basic parts of creating presets, storing presets, and loading presets, and this has resulted in a dramatic improvement in sound quality, which has led to the granting of a new patent. Furthermore, since the patent itself defines “storing and recalling presets,” the patent application filed from a new perspective was granted as a patent that comprehensively covers all existing technologies, and succeeded in suppressing the core of future sound effect technologies, which can be said to be the foundation of the basics.
